Our
#2 DIY Easter Egg decorating idea is so simple that you'll be able to finish the entire project
in less than 30 minutes (depending on how many eggs you're doing) and with
minimal tools (unless you count each one of your fingers!). Two words:
temporary tattoos! And the finished look is
only limited by your ability to find a variety of temp tattoos; there are
endless designs of temp tattoos out there and finding them
will be half the fun! And if you'd like to
dye the eggs, we recommend that you
apply the tattoo first to the hard-boiled egg, and then dye the eggs.
You can go the
elegant route (like the image above) or go nuts and
start collaging the tattoos on the eggs for a
more abstract and improvised look. But most of all, it's
fun for the kids!
