Please note: due to scheduling conflicts we've had to change our 'Food Introduction' workshop with naturopathic doctor and local herbalist Dr. Melanie Maciver to Tuesday February 2nd.
This informative session will help make food introduction easy by offering simple recipes and guidance as you introduce first foods to your child. Dr. Mel will cover healthy first foods and how to prepare them, as well as how to reduce the chance of future allergies with special strategies for children of allergic parents. There will be time for questions and answers and you will receive an easy to follow food introduction chart.
