It's been nearly seven years since Vancouver won the bid, and now with only three days left before the opening ceremonies, the world is suddenly at our doorstep. We're all aware of the challenges our city has faced for the Games, but whether you're pro- or anti-, it's now about our city. So let's show the world what we're all about! Hip Baby, along with other 4th Avenue stores, Lululemon, Mavi Jeans, Gumdrops, Ray Rickburn, Beauty Bar, Watch It and Capers, would like to welcome everyone on Thursday February 11th between 6:30-7:30pm to cheer on the torch as it passes through Kitsilano on its final leg to the lighting of the flame. We'll be serving some hot cocoa and cider at the corner of 4th and Arbutus (while supplies last!). The drinks are offered by voluntary donation with all proceeds going to a Haiti fund.
