INGREDIENTS:
2 large ripe bananas, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon butter
½ teaspoon cinnamon
½ cup plain Greek yogurt
½ cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon rum extract

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Place bananas, brown sugar, butter, and cinnamon in a saucepan and cook for 3 minutes. (or microwave for 2-3 minutes)
2. Place banana mixture in the blender with the yogurt, milk, vanilla, and rum extract. Process until smooth.
3. Pour into popsicle molds and freeze for at least a few hours until they are frozen.
